Sharon knows serving. As the Executive Assistant to the Bishop and Co-Pastor she holds a very sensitive position. Her relationship with Jesus Christ is reflected in her actions and attitude as she graciously submits to the tasks at hand with a spirit of excellence.  She possesses interpersonal skills as well as a spirit of humility and patience.  Loyalty is a must for her.  In addition to her own responsibilities, she willfully offers assistance to others when called on.

Debbie Harrington
Chief of Church Management and Administration

Debbie simply loves the Lord and the order of His house. In as much as she has been distinctly prepared for the magnanimous assignment as Church Administrator, Debbie is committed to the protection of the church and the integrity of its operating policies and procedures. She is responsible to the Bishop and Executive Council for assuring the effective and efficient management and administration of all church functions and resources. It is without question that Debbie cherishes every opportunity to serve the Lord with grace, and in humility.

Campus Administrator, Middletown

Chennita desires to joyfully serve others with a passion for excellence. She enthusiastically upholds the integrity of the church through its operating policies and procedures. As campus administrator for TRC Middletown she implements structure and maximizes communication between the two church locations of The Resurrection Center.

Keith Watts
Chief Steward

Keith is a faithful and wise steward. He assures that the day-to-day financial administration of the church is conducted efficiently, accurately, and ethically. The Chief Steward lends his expertise to the Executive Council in planning and preparing the annual budget. He produces and distributes annual income and expense reports covering all operations and departments of the church.

Nikita Jackson
Manager of Public Relations and Program Development

Nikita has the heart of a giver and absolutely loves being a disciple of the Lord.  She believes in the mission of the church and uses it as her guide in helping to expand ministry programs for the benefit of the church body and the surrounding community. As the Manager of Public Relations and Program Development, she practices communication skills–both intuitive and analytical, spoken and written. She demonstrates intentional and consistent effort to grow as a disciple of the most High, participating regularly in prayer, and actively watching for the sovereign plan of God to unfold in her life each new day.

Cecilia Dennery
Overseer Church for the Deaf

Cecilia is anointed to present the Word of God so that every member of the body can understand His instructions. As Overseer of TRC Church for the Deaf, she has a heart to reach out into the Deaf community with the message of salvation so that they may “hear” and receive the gift of eternal life. Her primary purpose is to execute the Senior Pastor’s vision of a destination church for the Deaf, which ministers to the needs of the whole person.

Dr. Cleo V. Townsend
Director, Professional Family and Life Center, Effectual Prayer Ministry

Dr. Cleo is an ordained elder, mental health therapist and certified fitness instructor who has utilized her educational and work experience to help others achieve overall health and wellbeing. As an ordained elder, Dr. Cleo serves as Co-Pastor of the Resurrection Center. A vibrant inspirational speaker, Dr. Cleo finds daily hope and strength in the predetermined plan for her life that is rooted in God's grace. Her life verse is "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." -Jeremiah 29:11

Keith Beckett
Assistant Ministry Director, Professional and Family Life Center

Keith is first and foremost a servant-leader. Blessed with the gifts of leadership, counseling, preaching and teaching. Keith serves within various ministries of the church. As the Assistant Ministry Director for Professional and Family Life Center, Keith's responsibility will be to assist, under the leadership of Dr. C. V. Townsend, with the operation of this ministry. His particular responsibility will be oversight and training of the Lay Counselors within the ministry.

Bessie Evans
Special Initiatives Coordinator, Professional Family and Life Center

Bessie is empowered with prophecy.  She covers the church, its leaders and the congregation, through prayer, sacrifice and thanksgiving. She leads the Prayer Ministry including Manna in the Morning and Prayer Hot Line. She is the Professional Family and Life Center’s Support Group Special InitiativesCoordinator focusing on Cancer, Diabetes and Alcohol and Drug Awareness. When required, she provides support to the Senior Pastor with his duties and responsibilities.

Ministry Director, Worship, Music and Arts

Kayla radiates with Praise & Worship. She rejoices at even the sound of His name and confesses through songs and expressions that He is Lord. The Ministry Director of Worship, Music and Arts Department serves The Voices of Resurrection, Melchisedec Men's Choir, Voices of Judah Praise & Worship Team, and the Musicians, plus the V.I.P. Dance Ministry, Word Alive Drama Ministry, Painted Word Mime Ministry, and AHOP Signing Ministry. Indeed, Kayla vastly inspires praise and worship in the house of the Lord.

Sonia Canty

Sonia has joy, praise, and a song in her heart. Her mission is to serve in obedience to the Lord. Her prayer is to win souls for the Kingdom of God and to have God minister His word through song. A devoted daughter of the Heavenly Father, Sonia is the Assistant Ministry Director of Worship, Music and Arts, a charge she does not take lightly but with humbleness and honor.

Melvin Moore
Ministry Director, Bible Fellowship

Melvin is an anointed preacher and teacher of the Word of the Lord. He currently serves as the Program Ministry Director for Bible Fellowship, which covers church locations, Wilmington and Middletown campuses. These ministries consist of the Men and Women's Fellowship Ministries, Golden Agers, Youth and Young Adult Ministries, Adult Bible Study, New Members Education and Singles Ministry. He possesses the interpersonal skill set and genuine love of people, which empowers him to execute the work of the ministry and the vision of the set gifts.

Vaughn has a servant's heart for God and His people. He has a passion for learning God's Word in order to provide sound biblical instruction to the body. His goal is to make the scriptures clear and relevant so that others will be able to apply the Word and grow. He serves as the Assistant Director of the Bible Fellowship and co-leads the Marriage Ministry with his wife Jewel in Middletown.

Tamika is a messenger of good tidings with a passion to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ across the nations. She teaches and preaches the Word of God in such a practical way that anyone can understand the plan of salvation and become fruitful members of the body of Christ. Her ministry encompasses teaching, preaching, giving and training, which enable her to give a reason and defense of the faith. Her desire is to see people set free, delivered and walking in the truth.

Chancellor of Levitical Order

Anita is a leader and administrator. She loves the Lord and leads with compassion, honesty and humility. She has the awesome task of Chancellor For Levitcal Order. In this role she serves effortlessly and without fail by discerning God’s will for every circumstance, situation and individual.  A true child of God who hears the Word of our savior, she embraces a life of obedience, purpose and meaning.

Mia McMillan
First Assistant to the Chancellor of Levitical Order, Middletown Campus

Mia serves the Levitical Order as a keeper of the sanctuary, particularly the inner court. She and her husband Arthur lead the 5a.m. intercessory prayer team in Middletown. They are charged with keeping incense burning the altar, caring for the lamps and receiving fresh bread. Mia is a lover of the word of God, who has prepared her heart to seek the law of the Lord, to do it and to teach others to do so.

Tonia Conley
Second Assistant to the Chancellor of Levitical Order, Middletown Campus

Dr. Conley is committed to the Great Commission issued by Jesus Christ, "Go ye into all the world…" As a minister of the Gospel she passionately preaches and teaches the Word of God. Her submission to the Holy Spirit guides her leadership of the Levitical Order at TRC-Middletown. Her enthusiasm for the things of God is contagious. Her devotion to excellence supports the overall mission of the Ministry: Present Christ; Prepare His People; Perform Works; and Persuade the World.
